This 4 king bedroom, 3 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a half block from all the restaurants and shops of Estero Blvd. It is one block to the pristine white sands of Fort Myers Beach.

Five blocks away is Times Square with its quant shops, restaurants and pier. Next to the future pool area is a covered Tiki bar. The Bar has a 50 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh seafood from our local markets on your gas grill.

Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, the dining area seats 8, a large living room with over sized Tommy Bahama chairs and couches and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, 2 decks, a laundry, and 2 king bedrooms each with a TV.

Downstairs is 2 king bedroom apartment. The living room has large oversized Tommy Bahama couches, a flat screen TV and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, seats 6 and a full bath. Also next to the future pool, May 1, 2022, is an outdoor shower for pool use or for the larger person in your group. There are fishing poles to fish off the pier or in the bay access at the end of the street, and 2 used bikes to ride the beach or see the island.

Provided also are many items such as pool toys, beach toys, beach towels, beach wagon, rolling cooler, and a beach umbrella . For the youngsters there is a high chair, porta crib, stroller games and toys. Heavenly Tropics is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.
