This 4 king bedroom, 3 bath home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is one block from all the restaurants and shoppes of the Times Square/Pier area. Enjoy the peaceful heated pool which is covered by a lani to keep out bugs and leaves.
The pool area has a beautiful mahogany bar on one end. The Bar has a 50 inch flat screen TV, ice maker, refrigerator and blender. BBQ some fresh fish from our local markets on your gas grill. Upstairs is a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area seating 8, a large living room with over sized tan leather couches, power reclining Lazie Boys, and a 50 inch flat screen TV, 2 bathrooms, a deck, an office area, a laundry, and 3 king bedrooms each with a TV. Downstairs is a one king bedroom apartment. The living room has a trundle bed which pulls out into two twin beds, a flat screen TV and sitting area. Kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full bath.
This apartment is conveniently located next to the pool for use of the restroom facilities and kitchen facilities. Also next to the pool is an outdoor shower for pool use or for the outdoor enthusiast. There are fishing poles to fish in the canal and two bikes to ride the beach or see the island. Provided also are many pool toys, sand toys, beach cart, beach chairs, rolling cooler, and beach umbrella. Along the canal is a large dock for your fishing convenience.
If you would rather just lounge in the hammock on the dock or sit and watch the boats, dolphins and manatee’s go by. For the youngsters there is a high chair, infant seat, porta crib, booster seat and stroller. This property is located next door to Paradise Cove which is a 3 king, 5 bath, pool, canal, tiki bar home. Put them together for a large family gathering. Paradise Cove ll is managed by our family in order to offer better rates and service to our guests.

Of course see the main attractions which are our wide pristine white sand beach, Times Square and the Pier, all within walking distance. Stroll through the shoppes located around Times Square.
Paradise Cove is on a canal allowing for kayak, canoe or jet ski rentals. Be sure and try your luck fishing the canal or the pier where they rent fishing poles.
Hike to the top of the bridge for a breathtaking view of the Golf, Bay, and the largest shrimping fleet in Florida. There is ample parking in the driveway for all your vehicles.
Paradise cove is walking distance to stores, spa’s bars and restaurants. Just down Estero Blvd is Bay Oaks Recreation Center where you will find Pickle Ball, Basket Ball, weight lifting, exercise center, softball, playground, pool with water slides, and a kiddie pool.
Behind Bay Oaks is a city owned walking path with boardwalks through the mangroves and docks on the bay for the hiker in you.
